Facebook URL - First, if you haven't already, you should reserve your URL so that your school's Facebook landing page URL looks something like this - facebook.com/yourschool.

Default Tab - You can set the page that people end up on when they go to your page to be the How To - Technically it's pretty simple to do if you know how iFrames work and are a great graphic designer. Here are some instructions on how to do it yourself.
