Database Integration

Seamless data integration is the best solution for schools managing the transfer and updating of a large quantify of data on a regular basis. Silverpoint has build and continues to build web services to enable connectivity between its websites and on-campus databases. Silverpoint has also partnered with infosnap, a leading provider of online data collection and delivery services for schools, to provide additional resources.

Blackbaud Raiser's Edge and Education Edge

Web Service for Blackbaud Education Edge and Raiser’s Edge (data source to website)
Silverpoint has developed a web service that accesses a client’s Raiser’s Edge and Education Edge database(s) so that our Data Services team can perform updates to SchoolSuite without the school having to export and transmit data manually.

infosnap Data Shuttle (website to data source)
The infosnap Data Shuttle connects Silverpoint SchoolSuite® with Raiser’s Edge so that information updated on the school’s website can be checked and imported into Raiser's Edge. inResonance

Silverpoint has integrated Silverpoint SchoolSuite with inResonance’s Keystone and Portal products to allow for shared authentication and shared profile updates for students, parents, and applicants.

PCR Educator

Silverpoint can transfer profile data using PCR’s web services. The web services will allow Silverpoint to extract a data set and update the SchoolSuite Directory with the latest PCR information. Similarly, data can also be sent from Silverpoint to PCR.

Skinning

Schools want to provide a seamless experience for website users navigating between their website and another system on campus. In cases where data does not need to move between systems, Silverpoint may be able to "skin" the other system such that a third-party website looks very similar to the website designed by Silverpoint. Silverpoint has skinned teacher websites hosted and maintained on a separate school server, Moodle, Senior Systems’ myBackPack, and a range of other applications.

Silverpoint has integrated with proprietary database systems and is capable of providing a full range of consulting services to help determine what is possible and what makes sense within budgetary constraints.
