Special Treatments

Sometimes even all the work that Silverpoint puts into homepages and interior pages just isn't quite enough to convey the particular importance of a certain aspect of a school.

When that happens, Silverpoint will create what we call a "special treatment" to allow a school to really highlight an area of their school or cirriculum that sets them apart. Examples of where special treatments have been used by our clients include:

  • School Messaging - While some schools choose to get their main message across in the form of an interactive presentation, others choose to use a unique area of their site to develop and convey their message in this different way.
  • Online Newsletters - It can be difficult to convey a lot of information in a small space. Silverpoint can create an online version of your newsletter or daily notice that will keep your constituents informed and coming back for more.
  • Capital Campaigns - Keeping your alumni (and prospective) community informed about your fundraising successes and plans is important. Developing a special area of your website to communicate a capital campaign's goals and show fundraising progress gives a nice "landing page" for alumni who have been urged to visit the website for more information or to reconnect with the school.
  • Online Communities - Silverpoint can "brand" your online community with a unique logo and design. Such a branding effort can help foster a sense of community, especially among alumni, and can allow the school to give a more intimate space for alumni to connect and network.
