Hosting

Silverpoint website hosting provides a complete, monitored and reliable solution for our clients, including:

Online site statistics and reporting

Extensive graphical, tabular, and full data reports are created with Google's industry-leading Urchin software.  Sites can easily be configured to also use Google Analytics.

Data security, backup, and anti-virus

Physical access to the hosting facility is limited to key Silverpoint employees and verified by several layers of security, including passcards, rack keys, and electronic fingerprint/facial verification systems. Incremental data backups are performed on a nightly basis and a full server backup is performed on a weekly basis to safeguard client data. Updated anti-virus software is provided on all web servers.

Network hardware and software

We use enterprise level Dell hardware, with redundant power supplies, redundant SCSI hard drives, and Remote Access cards, allowing for immediate access in case of emergency.
