Maret was founded as a French primary school in 1911 and has now grown to be a prominent K-12 day school in Washington, DC.

With a history as significant as Maret's, Silverpoint had to be creative in reflecting this rich history in a compelling website. The original site, built in 2005, seemed stale, out of date and the sitemap needed some serious consolidation. Silverpoint came to the rescue and the redesigned site has brought a fresh look into the Maret community.

The new and improved site will grab you from the instant you visit the homepage. A clean and open design gives users a natural and intuitive experience. Large, vivid images in the homepage slideshow and special treatments like the Mega Navigation and expandable homepage news tabs engage the users and give them clear navigation to points of interest.

Maret utilizes many social media channels and needed a way to consolidate all of their tweets, videos, and Facebook updates in one location; enter Silverpoint's Mash-Up page. This page is a one stop shop for all of Maret's recent social media updates. This is also one of the best avenues for Maret to connect with it's alumni. The goal is to meet alumni where they are at, social media, and then push them back to the website where they will become active members of the alumni community.
