Gilman School

You can't live in Baltimore and not know about Gilman School. A century in the making, Gilman has an institutional presence in the city, situated in the beautiful rolling hills of Roland Park, and sending generations of boys through its halls and on to the best colleges in the country.

Silverpoint has a tall order keeping pace with the School's needs, but manages to support and provide the service necessary to help them through each phase of growth and evolution. The site has been through two design iterations, the latest version simplifying the overall look and feel while highlighting the key differentiators with the "Why Gilman?" feature to spell out clearly what sets the school apart.

Integration with PCR Educator keeps directory data current, and single sign-on simplifies login management for current constituents. A dedicated communications and technology office can broadcast information easily via Silverpont's Monitor Views on LCDs throughout campus, and the mobile version of the site makes quick access to the latest simple and efficient.

Our jobs – especially mine as a director of communications – seem to be changing by the minute – or maybe megabyte! The continual improvements to SchoolSuite and Parchment web parts truly do help us work more efficiently.
