Episcopal Day School is one of those K-8 schools where you know your child
would be happy as soon as you walk in the door.

That sense of
community needed to translate to the website, but after a significant effort on
the marketing and positioning side, St. Patrick’s also recognized that its
strong academic program and clear vision would resonate most with the families
most likely considering them for their children.
Silverpoint and St. Pat’s were both thrilled with the
results of the second generation website it launched in the summer of 2011, six
years after the first site went live. The homepage profiles provide a glimpse
of the children who attend, and the external site as a whole is meant to be
simple, clean and elegant. A major enhancement is HoundNet, which is a
re-imagining of their parent portal and a significant priority.
Behind the
scenes, data flows from their Senior Systems database nightly and parents can
login via SSO to myBackpack. Silverpoint’s carpool application allows parents
to find other parents who live near them, a huge hit.
