Broadcast Email

Silverpoint SchoolSuite Broadcast Email enables schools to send bulk email from their website, utilizing content and data stored on the site. Schools use the Broadcast Email module to send a variety of content including weekly parent newsletters, monthly alumni newletters, letters from the head, emergency announcements, admissions updates and reminders, and more.

One of the most powerful features of the Broadcast Email module is its connection to other SchoolSuite modules, including News, Calendars, and Directories. This connection enables the school to repurpose website content for broadcast emails, and vice versa. Newsletter editors can take advantage of SchoolSuite's review queue to enable others to create, but not publish, newsletter content. Parents, alumni, applicants and others can manage their own email addresses via the profile update functionality in SchoolSuite Directories.
